Our Founder
Dr. Jessie Virga, MBA DBA - Veteran
Dr. Jessie Virga, founder of Mulier Bellator Security (MBS), is a seasoned security professional with over a decade of experience in defense and homeland security. She served eight years in the U.S. Navy, holding key positions such as Lead Petty Officer at Naval Base San Diego and Quick Reaction Force Team Leader, specializing in shipboard safety and security operations. Following her military service, she supported national defense efforts through roles with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Defense (DOD). Dr. Virga holds advanced degrees, including an MBA in Homeland Security and a Doctorate in Business specializing in Homeland Security, equipping her with the expertise to deliver innovative security strategies that protect critical infrastructure and operations.
