Our Founder
Dr. Jessie Virga, MBA DBA - Veteran
Dr. Jessie Virga is the Founder and Director of Mulier Bellator Security (MBS) and a seasoned security executive with over fifteen years of experience across the U.S. Navy, Department of Defense, and Department of Homeland Security. She has served in senior leadership roles including Chief of Security and Director of Security, overseeing enterprise programs that protect federal facilities, personnel, and critical infrastructure.
A U.S. Navy veteran and medic (TCCC/TECC), Dr. Virga has led tactical and antiterrorism operations, managed cyber and physical security programs, and directed multimillion dollar defense initiatives, both on the ground and from command. She holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Homeland Security, with advanced certifications through FEMA, CDSE, and the Interagency Security Committee.
Through MBS, Dr. Virga integrates military experience, academic expertise, and strategic leadership to deliver innovative security solutions that safeguard people and operations worldwide.
